The CNR Alumni Legacy Association is led by the CNR Legacy Council which is guided by alumni volunteers who have followed our migration to Mercy University. The Council works closely with the Office of Alumni Relations to preserve the spirit of Serviam, the motto of The College of New Rochelle, which means “I will serve”.
The work of the Council is organized by the following committees:

- Networking and Career Development
- Programming for Lifelong Learning
- Reunions
- Communications
- The CNR Legacy Scholarship Fund
